- renewal of fugues, if necessary refilling of the fugues -> when they show erosions
- silicon sealing

- coatings in bath, kitchen, living room, floor, stairs, sauna, swimmingpool / pool, whirlpool, balkony and more
- coating in all possible tile areas (coatings are as well possible at dry "Estrich") and at bath ceramics as bath tubs, shower tubs, washbasins ..., as well as at heatings in 3 to 4 layers
- swimming pool redevelopment / renovation -> coating in at least 5 layers and in addition complete sealing
- dismantling and rebuilding works : the sanitary equipment will be dismantled and rebuilt
